Our Returns Policy:
If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied, As we stated in “our happiness guarantee” our number #1 priority is your happiness, and if you're not satisfied with your product, we can refund it, or replace it. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to contact us to request a return. As long as it matches the criteria listed below, please reach out to our customer support team email@example.com or use the contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
- Products must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unwashed and returned in original brand new condition, with tags still attached.
- Any stains or damages on products, or abnormal smell of perfume, odours, etc.. Will not be accepted.
End of Season/Clearance Items are not eligible for returns.
Because we have limited stock, unfortunately we can't always guarantee and exchange, but if we can't we will happily refund you accordingly after following the above instructions. Otherwise, The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
